A little background info:
We are the Lambert Family. I'm Brad and I'm Married to Jennifer Lyn Lambert. We have two beautiful daughters, Audrey June and Mary Frances. Audrey was born on June 30th, 1998 and weighed 8lbs. 2oz.at birth. Mary Frances was born on March 10, 2001 and weighed 7lbs 3ozs. They're the greatest!

We live on Cougar Spit where we fish, hike, boat and enjoy the wildlife along the beaches and in the woods.

About the name COUGAR SPIT - Cougar Spit is a 'spit' of land on Hood Canal in Washington USA that's been in our family since the 30's. The property was named Cougar Spit in the early 1900s after several dogs in Hoodsport chased a cougar into Hood Canal. The cougar swam across the Canal (1 mile) and came up on our beach and ran into the woods. The big cat lived in the area after that. Cougar Spit is filled with and surrounded by beautiful mountains, big trees and wildlife. It is an amazing place.
Hood Canal itself is the westernmost portion of Puget Sound and Cougar Spit is on the southern arm of Hood Canal. It's across the water to the east from the largest town on Hood Canal, Hoodsport.
